Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Design Producer for the Find My design initiatives in Cupertino. You will partner with Design, Product Management, Engineering and business leaders to drive priorities and deliver high-quality features for hundreds of millions of users.

You will clarify requirements, define design strategy, lead reviews, and represent design in cross-functional forums to ensure timely handoff and successful launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Design Program Manager or Design Producer in software product design.
• Experience shipping features to a large user base (100M+ users).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI ideation to delivery processes for desktop and native mobile.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and run concurrent product development projects across products and releases.
• Drive alignment across teams via cross-functional planning and clear communication.
• Lead design reviews and organize workshops to ensure high quality launches.
• Capture decisions, issues and actions in concise meeting notes weekly.
• Monitor project health and report status and projected results.
• Negotiate priorities for the design team amid limited resources and deadlines.
