ImpactSearch Partners seeks an associate with 1-3 years of experience representing banks or non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions in Baltimore. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 1-3 years of experience representing banks or non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions.
• Maryland law license or ability to sit for the Maryland Bar and obtain licensure promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing loan agreements.
• Prepare and negotiate lease agreements, security documents, and other related transactional documents.
• Represent banks and non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on a nationally recognized transactional team.
