State Street is seeking a motivated professional to join the Financing Solutions Client Service team, supporting Repo, Agency Lending and Prime Brokerage to ensure smooth daily servicing for institutional clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and operations, dashboard creation from large datasets, and driving client satisfaction while growing existing relationships in a fast-paced front-office environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repo, Agency Lending and Prime Brokerage.
• Experience collaborating with sales/operations to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of short-term investment and financing markets.
• Highly analytical with ability to innovate data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to support client activity in Repo, Agency Lending and Prime Brokerage
• Support relationship managers and sales teams to create a seamless servicing model, including presentations, improved reporting, and daily client activities
• Work with internal stakeholders to grow relationships, optimize revenue and improve client satisfaction
• Interact with clients to manage queries and escalate issues professionally and timely
• Coordinate across Asset Services and other divisions to support strategic RFPs and pricing decisions
• Understand securities lending market dynamics and anticipate potential client impact
