Job description

Hearth is on a mission to empower America's small business professionals to build growing, profitable companies. In a $600B/year fragmented market where 50-80% of home services companies fail within five years, we're building the essential operational financial infrastructure to power the next generation of small businesses.

Current Metrics:

  • $26M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • 30%+ Year-over-Year Growth
  • 12,000+ Contractors Served
  • $4B+ Annual Transaction Volume

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Financing Concierge Representative to serve as the key liaison between homeowners, contractors, and financing partners. In this role, you’ll ensure that all parties are aligned throughout the financing process, helping to simplify options, answer questions, and coordinate essential steps — while always clarifying that we are not the lender, but providing an elevated level of expertise to support their goals with obtaining financing for a project and making sure our contractors feel confident in the partnership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and contractors during the financing process, primarily during the introduction and pre-qualification stages.

  • Clearly explain financing options and processes without offering financial advice or making lending decisions.

  • Coordinate between contractors, homeowners, and third-party lenders to ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted correctly.

  • Set realistic expectations around approval timelines, required paperwork, and next steps.

  • Monitor the progress of financing applications and proactively update all parties on status changes or required actions when possible.

  • Address questions or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a service-first mindset.

  • Educate contractors on best practices for presenting financing to clients and ensure they are supported throughout the customer’s financing journey.

  • Maintain accurate records of communications and actions in our internal CRM or tracking systems.

  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team or lending partner when needed and follow through to resolution when applicable.
  • Work collaboratively with other internal teams (Support, Customer Success Managers, and Leadership across functions)

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years in customer service, financing support, or project coordination roles (preferably in home improvement, construction, or lending environments).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email communication tools.

  • Ability to clearly explain complex processes in a way that is easy for customers to understand.

  • Empathy, patience, and a collaborative spirit.

  • Experience working with or for contractors or lenders is a plus.
  • Medical, dental, and vision options.
  • 401(k)
  • Free Employee Assistance Program
  • Parental Leave Program
  • Pet Insurance
