Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years' customer service and/or sales experience.
• Comfortable working with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of computer operation and programs.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote a quality service and solutions through enthusiastic member interactions in-branch and by phone.
• Establish long-term member relationships through rapport, trust, and diplomacy.
• Greet and interact with members as they enter the Credit Union.
• Uncover member needs and financial goals through active listening and conversation.
• Promote products and services to maximize member loyalty.
• Assist with daily branch operational duties to promote an optimal branch environment.
