Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Financial Wellness Administrator to oversee the organization’s financial education programs for members, the community, and workplace partners. You will develop materials, lead workshops, and provide coaching to improve financial health across multiple audiences.

You will collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging, design engaging curricula, and supervise staff and volunteers during events while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in financial education or program management.
• BS/BA in Finance, Education, or Business Administration.
• CCUFC designation or obtain within first year of employment.
• Experience designing and delivering educational programs.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for working with members, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and administer the Financial Wellness Program for members, community, and workplace partners.
• Develop educational materials and lead workshops on budgeting, saving, debt, investing, and retirement planning.
• Lead workshops with partners and subject matter experts; conduct trainings related to financial literacy topics.
• Design and implement comprehensive financial literacy programs for the organization, workplace, and community.
• Supervise staff and volunteers during wellness events and ensure smooth planning and execution.
• Track program performance and provide reporting and metrics to management; ensure regulatory compliance.
