Job summary

East Carolina University on-campus Financial Wellness Internship seeks motivated students to present on personal financial management topics and assist in coaching peers with guidance from a certified personal financial manager. Interns will also pursue self-directed projects aligned to their strengths and interests.

Scheduled for Fall 2026 to Spring 2027, these roles require a GPA of at least 3.0 and will involve about 20 hours per week with a scholarship based on in-state graduate tuition

Qualifications

• GPA requirement: minimum of 3.0
• All majors welcome to apply
• License/certification required: None
• Employment contingent on background check before start
• Current ECU student in good standing per position type

Responsibilities

• Present to the ECU community on personal financial management topics
• Assist in student coaching appointments with a certified personal financial manager and provide feedback
• Lead a self-directed project based on strengths and interests of the intern(s)
