Qualifications

• 1+ years of similar or related experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, consistent member service.
• Achieve personal sales goals, including referring members for Financial Wellness Coaching.
• Manage personal operations (cash drawer, document processing) in line with compliance standards.
• Assist in meeting in-branch service levels and understand account opening, loan processing, and transaction processing.
• Participate in business development events when requested by the Manager.
• Pursue Loan Officer status as opportunities arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
