Job summary

PNC’s Retail Bank Development Program (RBDP) offers a 24‑month accelerated track for recent graduates to gain sales, technical and leadership development across retail channels. The Financial Wellness Solutions track provides exposure to financial education, health savings accounts and retirement services.

Analysts gain a holistic view of the group’s function and may be placed in a role aligned with their skills after program completion.

Qualifications

Recent college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Performs or assists in banking activities, including researching clients or prospects, creating and calling on targeted calling lists, scheduling, attending and leading client appointments, creating presentations and proposals, and identifying next steps to move relationships forward.
Proactively acquires new clients through prospecting, networking and relationship-building.
Manages relationships to ensure an exceptional client experience while deepening relationships over time.
Provides ideas and insights to clients based on their financial goals and needs.
Interacts with clients to gather information and expand relationships to develop revenue opportunities.
Participates in learning and mentoring to build professional foundations for sales and leadership roles.
