Job summary

KeyBank in Golden, CO is seeking a Personal Banker who will engage clients, open consumer and small business accounts, and guide financial wellness through in-person and proactive calls.

As part of the branch team, you’ll build relationships, meet sales and referral goals, and collaborate with partners to deepen client relationships while upholding risk and compliance. Strong communication and comfort with digital tools are essential; a Notary license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit and financial products is helpful.
• Ability to prospect and network to grow client base.

Responsibilities

• Open consumer and small business accounts and assist with deposits/loans.
• Engage clients to uncover needs and provide financial wellness guidance.
