Job summary

KeyBank in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients, uncover needs, and provide guided financial wellness solutions both in person and by proactive calling. You will attract new clients and expand existing relationships to meet financial goals, delivering confident service as part of the branch team.

You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure compliance and effective client experience, including occasional Saturday shifts and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships.
• Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value and debt-to-income.
• Foundational sales and service techniques with clients (tele-consulting, prospecting, networking).
• Comfortable with small business clients and cross-partner collaboration.
• Familiar with PCs and digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
• Open personal and business accounts and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain compliance with operational, risk, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations and participate in daily huddles.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and centers of influence.
