Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
• Ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence.
• Working knowledge of PCs (Windows, Office) and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions for financial wellness.
• Attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients to meet financial goals.
• Open accounts and manage customer interactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with branch teammates and partners to drive client acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions when needed.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work on Saturdays as directed.
