Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit – including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients.
• Experience with influencing business partners and centers of influence.
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products).
• Familiarity with digital technology (mobile, apps, web) and educating clients on digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Embody a strong client experience culture with clients and teammates; contribute to their day, personally and financially.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored financial wellness recommendations.
• Open personal and business accounts and cross-sell products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to attract new clients and deepen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures; document client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and day-end debriefs; work Saturdays as directed.
