Job summary

CommunityAmerica Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker to guide Members through their financial journey with personalized solutions and proactive service. You will open accounts, discuss lending options, and offer tailored financial strategies to help Members reach their goals.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in consultative sales within financial or retail settings, strong communication, accuracy in cash handling, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience in financial or retail settings.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and service goals and cross-selling products.
• Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with technology and commitment to confidentiality.
• Knowledge of financial products and basic math.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized solutions with a proactive, can-do attitude, meeting Members wherever they are on their financial journey.
• Guide Members through account openings, lending options, and personalized financial solutions using consultative techniques; build lasting relationships through thoughtful follow-up and goal-aligned strategies that support long-term financial success.
