Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager to lead Finance product workstreams, partnering with Finance and CFO stakeholders to deliver data, reporting, and analytics solutions that drive efficiency.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translate complex business requirements into executable plans, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced legal environment. Hybrid work options and competitive compensation available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or Information Systems.
Minimum 7 years total experience, including at least 5 years in product management.
Experience with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
Experience in Finance or Accounting systems and enterprise data tools.
Experience in or supporting a law firm Finance/Accounting/Procurement.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Finance workstreams.
Translate business requirements into executable product plans.
Define and monitor product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI teams to deliver reporting solutions.
Mentor junior product team members and promote collaboration.
