Job Description:

Seeking a Financial Systems Team Lead to join our Corporate Financial Systems team. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in Finance and IT, leading initiatives within our Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical leader with deep experience in corporate financial systems, project management, and ERP implementation.

This role requires a self-motivated professional capable of driving business system improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact solutions to support Accounting, Financial Reporting, and other financial functions. Experience in Salesforce Billing, revenue recognition (Right Rev), and CRMA is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives for Oracle Cloud ERP applications across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting.
• Govern GL account maintenance and security rules; support GL allocations and EPM Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
• Manage and configure Salesforce Billing and Right Rev revenue recognition metadata and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure optimal system configuration, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
• Analyze complex business requirements and develop automated or process-based system solutions.
• Support new software evaluation, testing, implementation, and post-go-live optimizations.
• Work cross-functionally to support internal business needs and act as a bridge between Finance, Accounting, and IT.
• Lead system testing and validation against business requirements.
• Create and maintain reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Drive continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives to optimize business performance.

Qualifications:

• 10–12 years of relevant experience with corporate financial systems, including hands-on work supporting Accounting and Financial Reporting functions.
• Strong Oracle Cloud ERP expertise (required).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Billing, CRMA, and Revenue Recognition tools (preferred).
• CPA credentials preferred, or equivalent experience including 2+ years in public accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Macros.
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects or ERP implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders.
