Job Overview
The Financial Systems RPA Analyst enhances and streamlines centralized accounting functions by leveraging technology. This role utilizes expertise in software solutions, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other tools to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. The Financial Systems RPA Analyst designs and maintains automated procedures using RPA workflows in Microsoft Power Automate, demonstrating a strong proficiency in this platform.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Analyze business processes to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Deploy and manage automation solutions across various environments
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for both new and existing automated processes
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with audit and regulatory requirements
- Document automation workflows and associated processes thoroughly
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of automation solutions
- Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

Skills You Will Need
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to use analytical thinking to identify steps needed to improve and implement effective solutions, with a focus on optimizing processes and workflows
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely to management and business partners
Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with business partners across the organization to ensure seamless integration of technology-driven solutions
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment, and adapt to evolving business needs
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, especially in maintaining records, documentation, and supporting audit processes
Problem-Solving and Process Automation: Real-world experience in creating, implementing, and supporting RPA Bots and automation procedures
Who You Are
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 2+ years of relevant corporate experience in RPA/Microsoft Power Automate.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
