Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support the Finance Division's reporting processes within the Management Reporting Operations group.

You will liaise between Finance, Accounting, Business Lines, and Technology to analyze data, investigate discrepancies, and implement reporting initiatives. Ideal candidates have accounting/finance knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a desire to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the listed fields or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of related experience.
• Strong accounting/finance knowledge with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support managerial/regulatory reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze financial data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with accounting, business lines, and tech teams.
• Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements.
• Document findings and maintain reporting controls.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, year-end close.
