Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a Manager of Financial Systems to oversee Elite 3E and related platforms, focusing on front-end UX and business process alignment. You will partner with Accounting, Billing, and IT to deliver reliable, scalable financial solutions across the firm.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in legal finance systems, with strong Elite 3E expertise and SQL skills. Excellent communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent training in the legal industry may be considered.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience.
• Experience with Elite 3E and financial systems; strong SQL proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional administrator for Elite 3E and other financial systems, supporting Billing, A/P, and GL operations.
• Lead financial systems implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with stakeholders, change management, and vendors.
• Identify process improvements and sustainable solutions to enhance user experience and data integrity.
• Act as SME for Elite 3E functional areas, including GL structures and tax configurations.
• Design, test, and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Prioritize and resolve financial systems support requests; monitor trends for proactive improvements.
• Liaise between Finance and technology partners for integrations and data interfaces.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to financial systems.
