AJ Capital Partners seeks a Financial Systems Administrator to own the administration, connectivity, and improvement of the accounting/finance tech stack in Chicago. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, Capital Markets, and Investments to align systems with reporting needs.

The role emphasizes understanding accounting workflows, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to support multi-entity real estate operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial systems, accounting tech, or systems administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience and familiarity with Yardi in real estate finance.
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and system configurations.
• SQL, Excel or Power Query for data extraction and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Administer access and configurations across accounting and finance platforms.
• Maintain integrations, data feeds, and API connectivity between systems.
• Develop and distribute financial reports for close, fund, and lender needs.
• Lead system implementations, migrations, and upgrades with stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and identify process improvements.
