You will manage testing, integration, conversions, support, and reporting across finance platforms, coordinating with Applied Systems and the merger integration team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 8+ years general accounting (6+ in insurance brokerage accounting), strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills; supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance) required.
• 8+ years general accounting or 6+ years insurance brokerage accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills.
• 6+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee agency and financial systems (Epic, Concur, JDE) including testing, integration, conversion, support, and reporting.
• Serve as liaison to Applied Systems and other vendors for finance/accounting aspects and reporting.
• Coordinate conversion activities with merger/integration teams and drive process improvements.
• Manage staff with goal-setting and accountability to achieve department objectives.
