Job summary

Gallagher is a global leader in risk management and employee benefits, seeking a Finance Systems Manager to oversee agency and financial systems including Epic, Concur and JDE. You will manage testing, integrations, conversions, and reporting, serving as a liaison to Applied Systems and other vendors.

You will lead a team, set goals, and drive accuracy in GAAP-based accounting processes, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance) required.
• Minimum 8 years general accounting or 6 years in insurance brokerage accounting.
• Strong accounting process knowledge with GAAP understanding.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

• Manage testing, integration, conversion, support and reporting of financial systems.
• Serve as liaison to Applied Systems and other vendors for finance/accounting needs.
• Lead conversion tasks with merger and acquisition integration teams.
• Manage staff, provide direction, and ensure department goals are met.
