Job Description
This Financial Systems and Data Analyst provides critical support to the FP&A and Commercial Operations groups in enabling regular reporting and commercial analytics while maintaining data integrity and system optimization.
Principal responsibilities:
Commercial Analytics
- Partner with Director of FP&A, Director of Commercial Operations, and other business partners to structure the reporting and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, including but limited to
- Shipment and Depletion data
- Distributor Allowances
- Category Analytics
- Advertising and Promotional Spend and Funds
- Maintain, design, develop, and distribute reports and dashboards using standard data definitions in support of financial and commercial analytics
- Utilize Outputs from Commercial Systems to generate Price related accruals
Data Integrity and Maintenance
- Item Master Data Maintenance
- Subject Matter Expert for iDIG/VIP Suite of Tools (Industry Specific Reporting Platforms) and Data Reconciliation
- Subject Matter Expert for Price 2.0 (Revenue Management Platform) and Data Reconciliation
- Subject Matter Expert for Datarails (FP&A Reporting Platform)
- Primary contact and coordinator for internal and external partners as it relates to above suites and their maintenance
- Generating and maintaining key relation tables across databases
Ad hoc projects in support of Data Visualization and Accessibility, Data Aggregation and Analysis
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
- 3+ years of direct, relevant experience in FP&A and/or core commercial areas (Brand, Customer & Channel Development, Planning & Analysis) preferred
- Proven system, database, and data agility; Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, Datarails, PowerBI, Tableau and/or similar tools preferred
- Familiarity with SQL and DAX languages
- Development and presentation of financial and commercial information that aid and improve the day to day decisions
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and detail orientation
- True team player and self-starter with a keen sense of urgency, who likes to see the big picture and focuses on details
- 3+ year experience within a CPG industry preferred ( U.S. beverage alcohol segment is a plus)

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
