What the Financial Systems Analyst does at Worldwide

The Financial Systems Analyst is the first point of contact for stakeholders and is responsible for managing the support desks. The analyst will troubleshoot help requests, resolving as many as possible before escalating to the next tier of support. They will ensure that all requests are resolved and documented in a timely manner.

What will you do

  1. Leverage understanding of Certinia functionality to manage, categorize, resolve, and document requests from the Certinia Service Desk.
  2. Escalate requests that require technical assistance with background documentation on the reason for the escalation.
  3. Stay current on Certinia changes and how they impact stakeholders.
  4. Manage users, including granting access and updating permissions in both Certinia and NetSuite.

What you will bring to the role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information, including English language proficiency.
  • Ability to influence and challenge as required.
  • Understanding of the financial aspects of projects from Study Award to Project Close Out.
  • Take responsibility for self-learning.
  • Preferred work experience in business or finance.
  • Ability to progressively increase technical understanding of Certinia.

Your experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience using Certinia PSA or a comparable system.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
