UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOM provides a Financial Systems Analyst role at the Harold Hamm Health Campus. The position focuses on configuring and maintaining the Financial Aid module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to award and disburse federal, state, and institutional aid.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in MIS, accounting, business administration, or related field and at least 3 years in system analysis or financial management. OB3 regulations knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 36 months of experience in system analysis, database management, or financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and validate Financial Aid Year setup, rules, and business logic in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Support annual Financial Aid Year rollover processes with proper setup and validation.
• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Financial Aid packaging, disbursement processes, and awarding rules.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Registrar, Enrollment Management, Admissions, and IT to investigate data discrepancies and improve processes.
• Prepare financial aid reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership and stakeholders.
