The University of Virginia's Student Financial Services (SFS) seeks a Financial Aid Systems Analyst to implement financial aid business logic within Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and analyze processes to support financial aid and student finance teams.

The analyst will configure budgets and packaging plans, oversee INAS, develop complex PeopleSoft queries, and coordinate testing and training for end users in a hybrid work setting with two days in the office each week.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of higher education Financial Aid experience.
• Experience providing support related to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience required.

Aufgaben

• Perform configuration changes to PeopleSoft Financial Aid module including packaging plans, cost of attendance budgets, INAS options, SAP, and formulas.
• Develop and maintain complex PeopleSoft queries for financial aid reports and data analysis.
• Diagnose problems and identify improvements within PeopleSoft Financial Aid and Perceptive Content workflow.
• Monitor system processes for regulatory compliance and policy.
• Interface with financial aid administrators to understand business processes and identify technical solutions.
• Maintain batch processes and load external awards.
• Develop business and technical requirements for enhancements.
• Analyze, evaluate, and test software capabilities to meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to implement new functionality and lead user acceptance testing.
