Financial Systems Analyst

Work Location – Remote

Positions Requested – 3

Hours per Day - 8

Hours per Week - 40

Total Hours – 1-year contract initially

US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Project - Payroll Processing

• Part-Time position
• 1st month will be full time for the transition.
• 20 hours average per week.
• Some weeks may be a bit more and some a bit less depending on the week

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience with Workday payroll processing, executing retro, current period, settlement and pay close
• Detail oriented, problem solving
• Experience in pulling Workday reports to do payroll audits
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Infor Payroll-Wizard to do time exports

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Payroll Processing
• Candidates must possess an understanding of core Workday payroll processing.
• They must be detailed oriented and a problem solver.
• Candidates will be responsible for beginning to end payroll processing (“soup to nuts”), initiating the process with the Infor time extract through all the various tasks required to settle and complete payroll.
• This includes running daily off cycle and bi-weekly(2) and semi-monthly on cycle processing.
• Additionally, they must be familiar with running boomerang integrations and troubleshooting issues that occur.
• This job posting is for 3 part-time resources on an as needed basis.
• At the beginning of each month, will convey required hours for the month for the 3 resources.
• For the first month, all resources will be full-time to work through transitions.

Pay Range: $28 - $35/hr W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
