THE WORK
We are looking for an experienced IFS ERP Analyst/Developer who will work with the IT team to perform a variety of activities in information systems design, development, analysis and support. It will include programming, application analysis, systems integration and related disciplines.
Responsibilities include:
• Designing, developing, and maintaining the IFS ERP system to ensure the system's functionality and efficiency
• Evaluate business processes, gather requirements, document findings, and develop and implement solutions
• Work with business departments and IT Management to develop and improve business processes in IFS
• Create IFS internal customizations: custom menus, fields, logical units, lobbies, and Apps
• Manage IFS issue resolution and provide IFS end user support for application usage and troubleshooting
• Customize and configure modules and workflows in the IFS ERP system to meet business needs
• Design, develop and implement new features and customizations within the IFS ERP system
• Ensure data integrity and security within the IFS ERP system environment
• Perform ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Stay updated with IFS ERP system enhancements, updates, and new modules to contribute to continuous improvement and optimization
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

WHO YOU ARE
You are a skilled and collaborative individual with a strong technical foundation in IFS ERP systems, Oracle PL/SQL, and software development, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient business processes and solutions, while also providing top-notch end-user support and ensuring data integrity and security.
This position is typically for a mid-career professional who has around 3 to 5+ years of experience.

• In depth Oracle PL/SQL knowledge.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
