Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to participate in all phases of the financial system product lifecycle and provide primary functional and technical production support.

You will configure and maintain Centene financial systems, develop end-user training, analyze data, generate complex reports, and collaborate with IT and Finance to resolve issues. This role supports system upgrades and enhancements with strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required; 2+ years in financial systems or a similar role required.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles required.
• Proficiency in SQL and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the financial system product lifecycle from problem identification to deployment.
• Provide primary functional and technical production support to end users of Centene financial systems.
• Configure and maintain financial systems to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new modules and system enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis and generate complex financial reports.
• Design, develop, and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
