Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to administer and improve the EPM platform, data processes, and controls supporting financial planning, reporting, and decision support. You’ll ensure system reliability, secure access, accurate data, and provide user support while participating in testing and documentation.

The role emphasizes process automation and partnership with Finance, IT, and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 2–4 years supporting enterprise applications or reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Support: administer EPM solution, access, security, forms, reports, and allocations.
• Data, Integrations & Controls: support data loads, mappings, interfaces, validations, reconciliations, and outbound reports.
• Process Improvement & Partnership: identify manual activities, drive automation, and collaborate with Finance, IT, data teams, and vendors.
