Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to analyze monthly activity, build forecasts, and report results to finance leadership.
• Investigate root causes of monthly variances across departments.
• Deliver timely month-end close tasks including journal entries and accruals.
• Carry out ad hoc analyses and provide objective recommendations for improvements.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes, and models for internal customers.
• Collaborate to drive consistency in reporting and operational procedures.
• Support rolling 18-month forecast preparation and prioritization of tasks.
