The Standard is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join its Corporate FP&A team as a senior individual contributor. Join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, as a senior individual contributor with end-to-end ownership of enterprise operating expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. The role serves as a trusted resource for your peers, helping elevate analytical quality and strengthen process discipline. This individual will build deep expertise in operating expense drivers, allocation methodologies, enterprise financials, foundational data models, and complex consolidations. Over time, they will identify opportunities to streamline and improve core FP&A processes, creating capacity for deeper analysis, stronger business partnership, and supporting the team's continued growth and evolution.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, or related financial analysis functions.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
$109,750.00 - $160,500.00
