The Underwriting Analyst provides advanced support for large and complex group insurance proposals and renewals. This role helps the Employee Benefits division acquire and retain profitable business by managing high‑volume, detail‑driven work with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll partner closely with underwriting, actuarial, benefits, and other internal teams to ensure timely onboarding of sold cases, accurate financial reporting, and smooth renewal execution.
You’ll Need Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Required 2+ years of experience in underwriting or a similar analytical role Experience working with financial reports and data analysis Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage high‑volume, detail‑oriented work Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Group Access, GroupFacts, OPUS, AdminEase, or similar reporting tools Basic project management experience

Salary Range: 25.36 - 37.26
