For the GS-9,you qualify for this position if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal Service.For this position, specialized experience is defined as financial management work involving the review, analysis, reconciliation, monitoring, or resolution of financial transactions, accounts, payments, or financial data, including work in areas such as cash management, payment operations, accounts payable, vendor maintenance, electronic payment processing, or financial systems
