  • Processes member transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accurate records.
  • Resolves member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Makes outbound calls to members to support outreach and relationship-building.
  • Balances cash drawer and daily transactions under oversight; supports vault balancing and cash orders.
  • Records detailed notes on member interactions to support follow-up and relationship growth.
  • Maintains knowledge of systems, processes, and compliance; participates in ongoing training.

Pay Range:

The target hourly pay range for this position is $18.70 - $21.25. The full hourly pay range is $17.00 - $25.50.

  • We provide an additional $2.00 per hour bilingual differential for those employees who can support our members' financial needs effectively in a second language; subject to verification of strong grasp of financial terms utilizing language skillset.
  • Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcomes and engages members by greeting all visitors warmly, managing branch traffic witha sense of urgency to ensure minimal wait times and a positive member experience, whileremaining attentive to relationship building cues that support consultative salesconversations.
  • Promotes credit union products and services by proactively identifying, referring, andoriginating credit union products and services to meet member needs, strengthening financialrelationships, demonstrating sales acumen through effective discovery, confident productpositioning, and closing skills, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned referral salestargets.
  • Processes member transactions, accurately receives, processes, and posts deposits,withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while maintaining complete and accuratetransaction records, leveraging each interaction as an opportunity to uncover needs andintroduce value-aligned solutions.
  • Resolves member inquiries and concerns, responds to member requests, concerns, andcomplaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring warm hand-offs and timely follow-upfor full resolution, while recognizing when service moments can transition into salesopportunities that support the member’s financial well-being.
  • Makes outbound calls to members/customers to support outreach initiatives, relationshipbuilding, and organizational goals.
  • Performs specialized financial functions, completes wire transfers and other complextransactions while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, andidentifies opportunities where specialized products or services may benefit the member.
  • Balances cash drawer and daily transactions; assists with vault balancing, dispensermaintenance, certifications, key assignments, and cash orders under management oversight.
  • Records detailed notes on member interactions, complex situations, and transactions toensure clear communication and consistent service delivery, capturing relevant sales insightsto support follow-up and relationship growth.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and continuous Learning by taking initiative to learn newsystems, processes, and policies; completing required training; and maintaining a professionalimage while contributing positively to the team environment, including ongoing developmentof sales skills, product knowledge, and consultative techniques.
  • Supports branch and organizational operations and provides staffing support as neededacross locations and departments, and performs other duties as assigned to ensureoperational excellence and continuity of service, while helping the branch achieve overallsales and growth objectives.
  • All other duties as assigned.
When You'll Be Work ing:

Monday- Friday: 8:45am - 5:45pm and rotating Saturdays: 9:15am - 1:45pm. Full-time 40 Hours a week.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience interacting with customers and handling cash, or anequivalent combination of work experience.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Demonstrated skills including, bilingual skills,consultative sales skills to uncover member needs, make tailored recommendations, and build lastingfinancial relationships is preferred.

This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.

  • Includes an option for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance to be paid at a 100% by company for the employee only coverage.
  • We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions, and Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA).
  • Employees also have access to Life and AD&D insurance.
  • Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan.
  • Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis.
  • Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month following date of hire. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
