Job summary

Elements Financial in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Financial Solutions Expert to join our fully on-site branch team. You will partner with sales and operations to deliver an exceptional member experience and actively promote products and services.

You will learn to be the expert for members, navigate consumer and mortgage loan processes, and drive outbound sales while transforming service issues into sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years college and 3 years financial institution or retail experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficient at working with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong follow up skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage skills, knowledge, and experience to invest in the community.
• Ability to foster an inclusive environment that promotes belonging.

This is a fully on‑site role that requires work inside our Indianapolis, Indiana branches.

The FSE is a partner and consultant to our valued members. They collaborate with both the sales team and operations team to provide an excellent member experience. The FSE provides trusted advice as they actively promote and sell our products and services.

• Effectively navigate the loan process for consumer and mortgage loans.

• Maintain strong knowledge of all company departments through frequent visits and building relationships with credit union employees.
