Job summary

Americor in Irvine, California is seeking a Financial Consultant to be the first contact for customers seeking debt settlement solutions. Your sales expertise will help clients get back on track and make informed financial decisions.

You will handle inbound calls and proactive outreach, educate clients on the process, and maintain detailed CRM records. A daily commute to the Irvine office is required, with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success.
• Must be willing and able to commute to Irvine, CA daily.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess finances and determine debt settlement viability.
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads provided by the company.
• Educate clients on debt settlement process, risks and benefits.
• Outline debt settlement terms, including monthly payments and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal laws and company policies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry changes to provide informed advice.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option
• Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to leads provided by the company
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits
• Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the timeline for resolution
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and agreements within the company's CRM system to ensure accountability and follow-through
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to commute to our office in Irvine, California on a daily basis
• Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs
• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude
• Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation
• Proficient in Google Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
• Skilled in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections confidently, and guide them toward informed financial decisions

Solid performers can earn between $120,000 and $260,000 annually!
