As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. After obtaining your licenses, you will learn foundational skills such as acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, analyzing complex financial situations, and guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. Once you reach your milestones, you will work in a financial center helping deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions, supported throughout your development.
Successful progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II involves deepening relationships within a client portfolio and expanding your skills. The Academy provides ongoing support with programs, tools, and resources to help you advance within Bank of America and Merrill. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, and all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system, maintaining good standing. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination.
