As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including classes for the Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. After licensing, you will learn foundational skills such as building client relationships, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients live their best financial lives. You will then work in a financial center to deliver banking and investment solutions and client care. We will support your development at each stage.
Progression from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II involves deepening client relationships and managing a portfolio. Success in these roles can lead to various opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by ongoing programs, tools, and resources.
This position requires SAFE Act registration, which involves registering with the federal registry system and passing a background check. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.

Pay Transparency details
Pay range $28.85 - $33.65 hourly, offers based on experience, education, and skills. This role offers a base salary and is benefits eligible.
