Job summary

Bank of America in the United States is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with Securities Industry licenses and build foundational advisory skills. You will learn to acquire, build and manage client relationships while addressing clients' financial needs and life priorities.

Upon licensing, you will progress to Stage II and may advance across Bank of America and Merrill through structured programs.

Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
