Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an early-career Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with licensing and foundational client-advisory skills. You will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, guiding clients through their financial needs with Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.

Starting in a financial center, you will train with the Academy and pursue Series 7/66 licenses to advance to Stage II, with opportunities across Bank of America and Merrill.

Qualifications

• Aptitude to obtain required FINRA licenses.

Responsibilities

• Obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as part of training.

• Collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
• Progress through Academy programs toward advanced roles within Bank of America and Merrill.
