Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with obtaining securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and to learn foundational advisory skills. The role centers on acquiring, building, and managing client relationships while guiding clients through their financial needs.

A pathway to a Stage II advisor position is available with continued training and development. You will train in an office-based setting, participate in a formal Academy program, and

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners. Connect clients to the solutions we provide through Bank of America and Merrill to meet virtually all their financial needs.
• Build relationships with banking customers and clients to grow the portfolio and revenue.
• Identify client needs and present tailored financial strategies and investment solutions.
• Support licensing progress and training milestones as part of the Academy program.
