Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams, while learning to build and manage client relationships across core banking and investment solutions.

As you progress through the program, you’ll move from a financial center to higher levels such as Stage II, expanding client portfolios and collaborating with Merrill financial partners.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
• Desire to obtain FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license; Bachelor's degree and/or 1 year of financial services experience is a plus.
