Bank of America is hiring a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and to learn foundational advisory skills. The role moves toward providing comprehensive banking and investment solutions, building client relationships, and guiding clients through financial plans.

Training includes structured study time and a career path through the Academy to advanced advisory roles.

Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Self-discipline in time and capacity management.
Experience cultivating client relationships and identifying needs.
Strong communication and collaboration with peers.
Results-driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn new technology or applications.
FINRA SIE preferred or pursuing licensure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities
