Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and develop foundational advisory skills. You will work in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions while building client relationships and providing end-to-end guidance.

Success at this level leads to progression into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and further advancement within Bank of America and Merrill.

Qualifications

• Licensing required: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 within specified timelines.
• Strong time management and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience building client relationships and identifying needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core banking and investment solutions to clients.
• Build and manage client relationships within a financial center.
• Obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses per onboarding plan.
• Provide end-to-end client care and conduct reviews/presentations.
• Collaborate with banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions.
