• Interact with customers in person, by phone, or via video; follow the Peoples Bank sales process.
• Meet monthly production goals for loans, deposits, and access to information via multiple platforms.
• Refer to mortgage solutions, retirement solutions and other bank products with partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and trust; ensure timely problem resolution and high-quality service.
