Qualifications

  • Knowledge of commonly used budgetary methods, practices, procedures, regulations, policies, and processes.
  • Knowledge of GAAP standards and accounting practices.
  • Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations.
  • Knowledge of internal audit procedures to monitor financial services and controls.
  • Knowledge of federal contracting and procurement regulations and practices.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct staff of a small to medium organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Resource Management Section staff and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Plan, direct, organize, and exercise control over budgets and financial management activities.
  • Provide guidance on budget formulation, justification, and execution.
