PlanMember Financial Corporation in Carpinteria, CA is seeking a Financial Services Representative Tier I. You will complete 8 weeks of SIT training and handle client inbound calls, gathering information to resolve issues while providing excellent service.

This role progresses through SIT milestones toward FINRA licenses with a structured development path. The starting salary is $55,000 annually with a Licensing Incentive Program and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Answer Client inbound calls and or transfer calls requested.
• Gather information as it relates to clients inquiries.
• Place outgoing calls (as required non-cold).
• Perform routine/assigned follow up tasks.
• Provide exceptional service to Clients.
• Handle Return Mail Inquiries.
• Buddy for training New Hires once proficient.
• Refer daily support questions to tenured employees.
• Process transactions and provide info related to client accounts.
• Comprehensive SIT training for first 8 weeks.
