Financial Services Representative

Job Description

Have a passion for helping people? Join our team of Financial Services Representatives where you’ll have dedicated time to focus on growth and career development. You will support our customers by taking inbound calls, answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades. This role involves working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. Upon onboarding completion, you will work in the Investor Center daily.

What to expect…

  • Obtain Licenses: Study for and obtain your SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity. Includes paid study time, coaching, and review classes. All exams must be successfully completed.
  • Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week supporting customers from home and one day in an Investor Center, developing your skills with increasing complexity. Transition to full-time in the Investor Center after training.
  • Discover Success: Gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, joining the wealth management development track, and building advanced skills for your career in planning.

Our Investments in You
