Role Description

1. This is a REMOTE opportunity, Full Time/Part Time, as a Financial Professional open to candidates located in the U.S.
2. Educate individuals and families on personalized financial strategies based on their goals and unique circumstances
3. Provide tailored product recommendations backed by industry-leading providers
4. Attend and actively participate in virtual weekly trainings to stay up to date on product knowledge and business development
5. Maintain compliance with continuing education (CE) requirements and state licensing standards
6. Uphold the highest ethical standards when working with clients’ financial information and decisions
7. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
8. Engage in self-education, reading, and leadership training
9. Deliver services with professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
10. Collaborate with a team of professionals to foster a positive, mission-driven environment

Qualifications

1. Interest or background in Financial Planning, Finance, Insurance, or Wealth Management
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
3. Ability to build trust, foster relationships, and generate referrals through networking and client rapport
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for growth
5. Willingness to complete state licensing and continuing education requirements (training provided)
6. Must obtain and maintain applicable state licensing (exam support provided)
7. Ability to adapt quickly to CRM systems and financial planning tools

Compensation
